Park Care Meals Limited  is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 03105353.  Here at Park Care Meals we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to provide the services you have requested from us and to administer your account.

What information is collected?

Park Care Meals only collects the minimum information necessary to enable us to fulfill our service – i.e. delivery your meal to your door.  We require the following information in order to fulfill this:

• Name
• Address
• Telephone number
• Dietary requirements
• Email address (for invoice and administration purposes only) 

If you provide us with personal data relating to other people (for example, a relative or emergency contact) then you will need to check with them that they are happy for you to share their data with us.

How do we collect the information?

The information is collected when an individual contacts us to request our service (i.e. to start getting meals delivered).  In addition, in some instances Local Council Adult Social Care Staff may contact us to set up our service on behalf of a member of their community.

How is the information used?

The information we collect and process is used solely to provide the meal delivery service and send invoices for payment of the service.  We ensure that we keep your personal information accurate and secure to provide you with an efficient service.  Park Care Meals only collects the minimum information necessary, and when it no longer required, that information will be disposed of in a secure manner.

Who will have access to your information?

Your information will only be used or viewed by Park Care Meals employees who have a legitimate business reason to access your information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice.

Do we share the information?

No.  Park Care Meals does not share or sell on information to any third party organisations.

If you complete the ‘Contact Us’ form on the website, we use your name, email or telephone number to respond to your query only.  We do not store that information. 

Our website contains links to other websites hosted by other organisations (for example, links to relevant news articles). These websites may deal with privacy differently, and Park Care Meals will have no responsibility or liability for the privacy practices, or the content of, any linked site. 

Access to your personal data
