We would like to thank you for the service you have given to Lillie. We have dealt with a wide variety of services and supports which have enabled Lillie to continue living in her own home. However she is now considered to need twenty four hour care and has therefore been transferred from DRI to a care home. Your service has made looking after Lillie very much easier than it might otherwise have been. We refer here, not to the provision only, but rather to its dependability and the ease of communication to yourself as and when required, and to the helpful nature of your deliverers. Yours is one of the organisations its been a pleasure to deal with giving us no cause for concern and presenting us with no organisational difficulties, we are very grateful.
